Motion Capture
Motion capture harnesses the movement of the real world, which can then be digitally composed to create a moving image. This exhibition shows some of the great ways that independent filmmakers are accomplishing this. We chose not to focus on the method of motion capture, but instead the end product. As such, much of the credit for the artistry in these videos goes to the animators and other post-production editors that have brought the motion capture data to life. Kudos to the filmmakers who did it all themselves.
